What is Upleva Jobs?

Is Upleva Jobs free?
Job matching and an email of strong new matches every Monday are free. You need an account, but no card. The paid plan adds job alerts every morning, along with the plan's practice interviews, CV rewrites and website.
How does the job matching work?
Leva compares the meaning of your CV with each opening, alongside your role, location, remote preference and experience level. It works for any role or industry. What you see depends on the openings employers have published.
Where do the jobs come from?
From employers' own careers pages. Every opening links to the original posting, and postings that close are marked as closed. Upleva doesn't cover every employer.
Is it only for tech jobs?
No. It matches any role: operations, finance, sales, healthcare, teaching, design, engineering and more, at your level.
How is this different from LinkedIn or Naukri job alerts?
Those alerts list jobs. Upleva Jobs shows how your CV fits each opening, lets you rewrite your CV for it, and tracks the application through each interview round, with practice and debriefs from Leva. Keep using your job sites too, and track those applications here.
Does Leva apply for me?
No. You apply on the employer's site. Matching never sends anything to an employer.
Can I track applications I made elsewhere?
Yes. Add the company, role and stage, and how you applied: the company's careers site, a job site like LinkedIn or Naukri, a referral, a cold email, a cold call or something else.
Can I rewrite my CV for a specific job?
Yes. Open the opening and choose "Rewrite my CV for this job". It uses a rewrite from your plan or a one-time credit.
Why do openings leave my list?
Openings you haven't decided on stay for 7 days, and the date is shown upfront. New matches arrive every day, and you can refresh them yourself 3 times a day.
Can I prepare for an interview from here?
Yes. Add the interview date and round, and Leva offers a practice interview for that round before it and a free debrief after it.
What happens to my CV?
Upleva uses it to match you to openings and for the services you choose. It isn't shared with employers. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled.
