Can I use my own domain?
Yes! Every published site gets a free upleva.site address. On the Premium plan you can connect your own domain yourself from your profile: add one DNS record at your provider and your site goes live on it within minutes.
What file formats do you support?
We support PDF and DOCX files. Our AI can parse most standard resume formats.
Can I try Upleva before I pay?
Yes. Score your resume with no account, run three free resume checks once you sign in, take one free practice interview with Leva, and preview your own website in any template, all free. After that, buy a single interview or resume report with one payment, or subscribe: every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, nothing is charged until it ends, and cancelling before then means you're never charged.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, from the Subscription tab of your profile. You keep access until the end of the billing period, and there are no cancellation fees.
