Yes, in two ways. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial: nothing is charged while it runs, and cancelling before it ends means you're never charged. You can also try the products themselves without a subscription at all, which is covered under "What can I use for free?" below.

Yes. A debrief is for the hour after a real interview: you tell Leva what they asked, how you answered, and how it felt. She listens without judging, helps you understand where each answer landed, and writes it up with a stronger version of every answer. Debriefs are free, one per day, and they never use your plan quota or your one-time credits.

Two ways to pay. Buy one at a time: a single practice interview, or a single resume report with the rewritten CV, as a one-time payment with no subscription. Or subscribe:

Pick One-time above, choose how many interviews or reports you want (1 to 5 per purchase), and pay once. Each purchase adds credits to your account; starting an interview or a report uses one credit. Credits aren't tied to a plan, so you can use them with or without a subscription, and they show up under Credits in the Subscription tab of your profile. A one-time purchase covers the product itself (the interview with its report and transcript, or the report with its rewritten CV); publishing a website needs a plan.

Yes. Premium includes everything: Upleva Interviews, Upleva Insights, and Upleva Sites in one subscription. The Basic plan includes Upleva Sites and core Insights features, including CV generation (10 rewritten CVs per billing cycle on Basic, 25 on Premium); live mock interviews are included on both plans (5 per billing cycle on Basic, 10 on Premium).

Your current benefits remain active until the end of your existing billing period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the next renewal; you'll keep access to your current plan's features until then. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. Credits from one-time purchases are separate from your plan and stay on your account.

For plans, after your 7-day free trial. Nothing is charged while the trial runs, and checkout shows you the exact amount and the exact date of every charge before you confirm anything. Cancel anytime from the Subscription tab of your profile. One-time purchases are charged in full when you confirm the payment, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.

Plans start with a free trial so you can try everything before the first charge; once a payment is made it is non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding past ones. One-time purchases are charged immediately and are also non-refundable, whether or not the credits have been used. If an interview or report funded by a credit fails because of a problem on our side, contact support@upleva.ai and we'll look into restoring the credit. We support all major card networks including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more. We also accept Google Pay and UPI for convenient digital payments. All payments are processed securely via our trusted payment gateway.
